International Voice Process – Technical Support

Introduction:

Intel is looking for enthusiastic professionals for International Voice Process who possess flawless communication and expertise in Technical skills. If you have excellent customer handling skills, are tech-savvy, love learning and implementing new technology, with a passion to guide to customers, we’d love to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

·         Ability to understand customer issue and route to the appropriate team

·         Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization

·         Incident resolution and recovery

·         Ensure on meeting daily KPIs

·         Receiving and making end-user calls

·         Provide first level resolutions

·         Ticket escalation to respective Support Group

Requirements

 Overall Experience - 1 to 3 years

Mandatory Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience in an International BPO.

Experience in Voice/Semi Voice Process.

Expertise in Technical Skills.

Desirable Experience:

Experience in International Calling

Experience in the Technical Support domain

Experience in Salesforce, CRM

Excellent Customer handling skills
